A former hedge fund trader, Tom Harding turned FBI Informant as the result of “Operation Perfect Hedge”,  a Wall St. house-cleaning operation that became one of the largest insider trading investigations in a generation.  In this eye-opening interview, Tom shares his journey down the slippery slope into criminal activity and the impact it had on friends and family. Like many professionals in high-pressure careers, Tom discusses the psychological traps that pulled him into a spiral of rationalization for poor decision-making and unethical behavior.   The interview also discusses several SEC cases filed against attorneys and non-attorney employees of law firms and legal departments who embarked on insider trading stemming from access to client information.
