A former hedge fund trader, Tom Harding turned FBI Informant as the result of “Operation Perfect Hedge”, a Wall St. house-cleaning operation that became on of the largest insider trading investigation in a generation. In this eye-opening interview, Tom shares his journey down the slippery slope into criminal activity and the impact it had on friends and family. Like many professionals in high-pressure careers, Tom discusses the psychological traps which pulled him into a spiral of rationalization for poor decision-making and unethical behavior. Also discussed are several SEC cases filed against attorneys and employees of law firms and legal departments who embarked on insider trading stemming from access to confidential client information.
