Description

Negotiating can be difficult.  Often It takes courage to ask for what we want or to negotiate with certain personality types.  Other times, it takes courage to stick to our guns when the deal looks like it might fall apart;  hence the acronym B.R.A.V.E.R.Y.  This course discusses the critical concepts of Belief, Reasonableness, Accountability, Validation, Efficiency, Relationships, and Yielding, which taken together provide a blueprint for negotiating courageously.
