Negotiating is an art and involves many nuances and subtleties.  At the same time, it often involves risk and having the courage to be able to negotiate effectively, hence the acronym B.R.A.V.E.R.Y.  This course provides strategies and tips for negotiating courageously based on the key concepts of Belief, Reasonableness, Accountability, Validation, Efficiency, Relationships, and Yielding.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0.0 qualify as hours of total credit for ethics, professionalism, and professional responsibility, of which 0.0 qualify as hours of credit for diversity, inclusion, and elimination of bias.
